These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services and products offered by 1dofollow, Shiva Complex, Chandreshwar Nagar, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand 249201, India ("we", "us"). By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide guest posting, link building, content writing and related digital marketing services, and sell licences for the Pro versions of our WordPress plugins. Service details, prices and delivery times are shown on the website or agreed with you in writing (email or WhatsApp).

2. Guest posting

• Publication on third-party websites depends on each publisher's approval and rules. We do not own those websites.
• Delivery times are estimates. Most orders are delivered in about 2 days but some publishers take longer.
• You are responsible for making sure your content and target URLs are legal and do not infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse content about illegal products, adult content, hate, or anything a publisher does not allow.
• Links are intended to stay live for as long as the publisher's website is live. We cannot control third-party websites, Google's algorithms or rankings, so we do not guarantee any specific ranking or traffic result.

3. WordPress plugin licences

• When you buy a Pro plugin you receive a licence key valid for the period shown on the sales page (usually one year) and for the number of websites stated.
• The licence gives access to Pro features, updates and support during the licence period. When it expires, Pro features stop until you renew. Buying again with the same email extends your licence.
• Our plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). The licence key covers access to downloads, updates and support from us; it does not limit your rights under the GPL.
• You may not share, resell or publish your licence key. We may disable keys that are abused.
• The software is provided "as is". Always keep a backup of your website before installing or updating any plugin.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for buyers in India and in US Dollars (USD) for international buyers. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay. International payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and may add applicable sales tax or VAT. All prices are final at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or loss of rankings.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, text, logos and brand "1dofollow" belong to us. You may not copy them without permission.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page applies to new orders from the date shown at the top.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Rishikesh / Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
