Sale Badge Scheduler for WooCommerce – Product Badges & Sale Labels
Add Sale, New, Hot and Low-stock product badges to WooCommerce images with automatic rules and scheduled Diwali, Black Friday and festive sale labels.
Free plugin: download the zip, then in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Pro is an add-on that needs it.
Sale Badge Scheduler for WooCommerce adds eye-catching product badges and sale labels to your product images on the shop, category, search and single product pages. Highlight discounts, new arrivals, hot products and low-stock items automatically, so shoppers spot your best offers in a single scroll.
Running a Diwali sale, a Black Friday weekend or a New Year clearance? Set the badge once, pick the dates, and it appears on the right products when the sale starts and disappears by itself when it ends. No more editing product images or remembering to remove "SALE" labels after the festival.
Ready-made badge templates. Choose a Sale, New, Hot, Limited or Low-stock style with modern gradient colours, or make a Custom badge with your own text, text colour and background colour. Put it in any corner of the product image and show it on shop pages, product pages or both.
Automatic badge rules. Show a badge on all products, on products that are on sale, in selected categories (sub-categories included), within a price range, on new arrivals published in the last N days, on low-stock products (quantity at or below a number you set) or on out-of-stock products. Unlimited badges, and when several match, the one with the highest priority wins.
Fast, clean and theme-friendly. Badges are drawn with CSS only, with no frontend JavaScript and cached badge settings, so they will not slow down your store. They work with classic themes, block themes (Product Image and Product Collection blocks) and WooCommerce product grid blocks. You can hide the default WooCommerce "Sale!" flash so nothing overlaps. Fully compatible with HPOS and the Cart and Checkout blocks.
Go Pro for festive sale scheduling. Sale Badge Scheduler Pro adds seasonal schedules with start and end date-time, a "repeat every year" option and weekday filters, plus a dashboard that shows which badges are Live now, Scheduled or Expired. Pick from a built-in SVG badge library (Diwali Sale, Holi Offer, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, Eid Special, Valentine, Free Shipping, Best Seller, Hot Deal, New Arrival, Limited Edition, Sale %), upload your own badge image, write HTML/CSS badges, or add a live countdown badge that counts down to the product's sale end date.
Smart discount labels. In Pro, badge text can show the real discount with placeholders like {discount%}, {saved}, {sale_price}, {regular_price}, {price} and {stock_qty}, for example "Diwali {discount%} OFF" or "Only {stock_qty} left".
Category targeting and priority when badges overlap. Pro adds rules for tags, shipping class, featured products, backorders, in-stock, not-on-sale, product type and hand-picked products, plus "only in these categories", excluded categories and excluded products. Show several badges on one product, set a maximum, and mark a badge as Exclusive so it hides lower-priority badges.
Who it's for: fashion and clothing stores, electronics shops, grocery and FMCG sellers, gift and festive stores, and any WooCommerce shop that runs Diwali, Black Friday, Christmas or flash sales and wants product badges that switch on and off on time.

Frequently asked questions
How do I add a sale badge to WooCommerce products?
Install the free plugin, go to Products → Badges → Add badge, choose the Sale template, set the rule to "Products on sale" and publish. The badge appears on every discounted product image.
Can I schedule a badge for a Diwali or Black Friday sale?
Yes, with Pro. Turn on the schedule, set the start and end date and time, and the badge shows only during that window. For yearly events like Christmas you can tick "repeat every year".
Can the badge show the actual discount percentage?
Yes, with Pro. Use {discount%} in the badge text, for example "{discount%} OFF". For variable products it shows the biggest discount among the variations.
Will product badges slow down my store?
No. Badges are rendered with CSS only and badge settings are cached. JavaScript loads only on pages that show a Pro countdown badge.
Does it work with block themes and the Product Collection block?
Yes. Badges appear on classic WooCommerce shop pages, on block themes through the Product Image block, and on WooCommerce product grid blocks.
What happens when several badges match the same product?
In the free version the badge with the highest priority is shown. In Pro you can show multiple badges up to a maximum, and mark a badge as Exclusive so it hides lower-priority ones.
Can I add a badge to only a few chosen products?
Yes, with Pro. Use the "Specific products" rule, or tick the badge in the Badges box on the product edit screen.
Can I hide the default WooCommerce "Sale!" badge?
Yes. It is hidden by default so it never overlaps your badges, and you can switch it back on in WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Sale badges.
Is it compatible with HPOS and the Cart and Checkout blocks?
Yes, both the free plugin and Pro declare full compatibility.
How does the Pro licence work?
Buy a yearly or monthly plan on 1dofollow.com, install the Pro add-on next to the free plugin, and enter your key under Settings → Sale Badge Scheduler Pro Licence to unlock Pro features and automatic updates.
