Product Manuals for WooCommerce is the easiest way to add product attachments to your WooCommerce store. Upload user manuals, PDF guides, spec sheets, size charts, warranty cards, safety data sheets, drivers and installation instructions, and show them on the product page in a clean "Manuals & Downloads" tab.

How do I add a PDF manual to a WooCommerce product?

Open the product in WooCommerce, go to the Manuals & Downloads box, click Add file, choose your PDF from the media library, give it a name and save. It shows up in the Manuals & Downloads tab on the product page.

Can I show some files only to customers who bought the product?

Yes. Mark a file as "buyers only" and it appears only on the thank-you page and in My Account → Orders, unlocked by the order statuses you choose.

Are the download links secure?

Yes. Files are delivered through a protected endpoint that checks the order, product, order status and expiry, so the real file URL is never shown.

Does it work with variable products?

How does the licence work?

Your licence key arrives by email right after payment. Paste it into the plugin to unlock Pro features and automatic updates. One licence covers one live site; staging and localhost sites don't count.

What happens if my licence expires?

Your manuals and settings stay safe. Pro features pause until you renew, and renewing keeps the same key.
